A moments decision to visit the Southern Highlands led to owners, Antony and Chris, falling in love with the property upon first sight. They saw a unique opportunity to celebrate nature, sustainable farming, local produce and, of course, warm hospitality.

The name ARUNA was derived from two cultural meanings. ARUN meaning dawn or daybreak in Thai, and in Japanese ARUNA translates to ‘moon love’. For Antony and Chris, it symbolizes the beauty they see from dawn to night.

The 70 acre ARUNA Estate includes a working sheep farm, organic produce gardens (managed by Two Birds Farm) plus raw bushland and two private accommodation options.

The luxury villas and off-grid cabins at ARUNA are nestled in a picturesque setting, with views of open, blue skies and the rich, warm tones of the Australian bush. It’s the perfect place for relaxing, unwinding and disconnecting from the day to day.
